Quality

The Management of CTM considers that delivering a professional and satisfactory service that meets Customer requirements, in accordance with the highest international standards represents a main quality objective.

Such goal will be achieved through:

  • careful implementation of the quality management system and operating procedures
  • reduction of service non-conformities
  • use of corrective and preventive actions for the continual improvement of effectiveness of the quality system

QualityAccordingly the Management of the Group has decided that the Quality Management System established by the Shipping Companies shall be in compliance with the Standard ISO 9001:2008, "Quality management systems - Requirements", as applicable to the supplied services.

CTM and managed companies CTC, CTP and DBCN have in place a Quality Management in compliance with EN ISO 9001:2008 approved by Lloyd's and RINA Register.
